Pupstar Refund Policy
Please read the following carefully
RETURN :
1. In case of any defect, No return is accepted after 15days of delivery
REFUND: For Duplicate payment
A 100% Refund of the duplicate payment made by the customer will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 10 working days post intimation by the customer. Note: All refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the refund request is approved by Pupstar.
Refund in cases of ‘Unavailability of Service’
A 100% refund will be given if product is unavailable or we cannot provide the product in perpetuity. The refund is to be processed within 7-10 days after approval from authorized personnel of Pupstar. The refund will be transferred via Bank Transfer.
General Refund Policy
To claim refund, kindly follow the below procedure:
Drop an email to: info@pupstar.in with a subject
“Amount Refund | ***Registered Mobile Number***”.
(Please do not forget to provide the registered mobile number in the email subject)
Give valid reason for the refund. [for our internal purpose only]
Please mention the amount you paid and the product you purchased.
Refund amount calculation:
a. A 100% refund will be provided if Pupstar fails to provide products you purchased from its online store.
b. Refunds for any other reason are subject to management approval. The refund approval is at Pupstar management’s discretion.
5. Refund will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the ‘refund email’, once the management approves the request.
